  • All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.


5. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where:

6. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.


8. Subscriptions

  • Coffee subscriptions are governed by separate Subscription Terms & Conditions, available on our dedicated Subscriptions page.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to those Subscription Terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Where there is any conflict, the Subscription Terms shall prevail.


9. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exemption applies.

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the statutory timeframe.


10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We may request photographic evidence to assist with resolution.

  • Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.


11. Promotions & Discounts

  • All promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to separate Discount & Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively unless explicitly stated.


12. Intellectual Property
